    Worse lawyer I have ever encountered. And very disrespectful. Doesn't care about clients, and takes over a month to see his clients. Dan Donnelly does not represent himself at all Like a lawyer should.

    I've been with a number of health clubs all over the country and the Austin Y is the worst. I could type out everything that's wrong with it but it would be the size of the New York City phone book so I'll be succinct and point out my three biggest sticking points: The hours are extremely limited. The staff says there's a policy limiting the amount of time one can use a treadmill or elliptical, but they don't enforce it. And they say there's a policy in regards to cleaning equipment- but they don't enforce it. This place may be OK for people who just work out once a week, but for serious fitness enthusiasts there are much better options in Austin than the Y.
